Fabulous Whiting & Davis Enamel Mesh Purse

A fabulous circa 1920's Whiting & Davis unlined Enamel Mesh Purse featuring a wonderful geometric art deco design with brilliant colors of cream, navy blue (almost looks black), turquoise, pink and green. The purse is in excellent condition for it's age, all the enamel appears to be intact, the ornate frame shows hardly any wear at all, and the chain handle and mesh is securely attached to the frame. The purse measures approximately 7 1/4 inches from the top of the latch to the bottom of the fringe, and is approximately 4 inches wide. The original Whiting & Davis metal tag is attached to the frame near an inside corner. This is a classy and timeless purse that would be a wonderful addition to your collection.
